Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Neles Automation P4610004 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Newport products, including obsoleted and phased-out Netstal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 National-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Newport such as the XPSRL2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RNX1102409199c manufactured by Netstal and we are pleased to be able to service most Netstal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCIFlexMotion6C184979B01PCIFlexMotion6C1 by Manufacturer National-Instruments as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Netstal Brand 1102409539 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Net-Biter such as ec220 equipment made by Net-Biter have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Net-Biter products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Net-Biter" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 801600 made by Nexen as well as the popular 802870B275 original spares produced by Nexen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2EM2TYPEM99 by Nevco and ec220 spares by Net-Biter are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 964817 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nexen.
